By entering our virtual meet-up you agree to the following guidelines:

- You are at least 18 years old
- You will be respectful and mindful of the topic.
- When sharing you will support, not advice (especially not medical advice!)
- No discussion about A1Cs - this has a tendency to squash conversation pretty quickly.

Group facilitators may remove participants who are not following the posted guidelines.
