Come meet local T1D families, learn more about T1D Family Network and get prepared for a new school year. Participate in a discussion with a panel of experts including a social worker from Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, a school nurse, and a principle. We will discuss how to write a 504 plan, strategies on communication with nurses and administration and any other ideas/concerns with starting a new school year.
