Looking for a way to get outside over Thanksgiving? ConnecT1D is excited to host an all-ages meet up at IslandWood on Friday November 24th. Bring your whole family to wander six miles of gentle trails. Cross the suspension bridge. Climb the Canopy Tower. Or take in the views from the Tree House. Meet us in the Welcome Center at 12:30 to join the ConnecT1D trail hike or explore the campus on your own and stop by our table to say hello.
