These may include vaccine mandates and/or rapid testing before entry. Please see below the minimum safety procedures and reach out to exec@connect1d.org with any other questions.

Participants will receive an orientation email prior to arrival at McMenamins to introduce key staff, discuss general Retreat rules and updates to any operational guidelines. These items will include:

·       We ask participants to practice physical distance where possible during the Retreat.

Staff:

·       Camp Leo + ConnecT1D Staff and volunteers will be required to have vaccinations prior to staff training.

·       Camp staff will be subject to daily medical review, mandatory illness reporting, and temperature checks.

Staff will be required to:

·       Attend COVID-19 specific training

·       Socially distance from all non-assigned participants.

and Wear facial coverings in common areas, retail, food service areas, and whenever prudent/possible.

Conclusion:

It is important to note that this document reflects the current conditions if the Retreat were to start today. While we cannot promise that COVID-19 will not exist, we can commit to consistent safety measures and protocols being followed by our staff. We are committed to providing a safe outdoor experience for our participants. We will continue to update these policies and provide further detail when necessary.
